    Our group of two couples spent a week at a house just outside of St.Remy in October 2015. Through our rental agent, we engaged Nadege to prepare a meal for us one night. It was delightful ! Nadege came to the house with everything she needed, and she made us a wonderful dinner, which at our request was fish and seafood. Nadege was very friendly and engaging, and her food was excellent. We recommend her service to anyone visiting the area.

    Nadege was a perfect addition to a wonderful week in Maussane les Alpilles where we were vacationing with a group of 11 at a private home. She was professional, prompt, easygoing, friendly and a truly fabulous chef. She cooked up an absolutely delicious several course meal with locally sourced and extremely fresh ingredients. It was wonderful to have her take care of dinner after a long day of sightseeing and activities. I would highly recommend her !

    We spent a delightful three weeks with three different groups at a house in Maussane-les-Alpilles from late August to mid-September 2015. Chef Nadège brought us a level of relaxation one can only dream about : no worries, fantastic gourmet food, and a personal spirit that was so very inviting. Each of our groups had, of course, a different personality and different tastes. But with each, Nadège adapted and served us scrumptious meals. Several guests had special dietary needs and Nadège met them all with aplomb and without bother. Starting with appetizers to die for, cruising through a variety of main courses over the three weeks, and then finishing with custom-made, exquisitely displayed desserts, we were sated each and every time. We can’t recommend her enough. She won’t disappoint your culinary needs. FIVE STARS.

    Our group had the distinct privilege and pleasure of having Nadege cook for us for three evenings during our stay in Maussane-Les-Alpilles. The meals were delicious, her service was outstanding, and I dearly hope to return to Provence and engage her again. Her personality is warm and engaging and we all adored having her in our kitchen. Our memories of Provence are all the more wonderful because her fine meals made our days more relaxed, giving us additional opportunities and time to sightsee rather than having to grocery shop, cook, and/or drive to restaurants. I recommend her wholeheartedly !

    We shared a house in Maussane with 3 other couples in September, and engaged Chef Nadadge for dinner one evening - it was marvelous ! We were all cooks and so enjoyed preparing our meals, but having Nadage come in for a night and take over was wonderful. She was so pleasant, efficient, and behind the scenes while preparing our multi-course dinner as we sat outside drinking wine and enjoying her h’ors d’oeuvres. The meal was absolutely delicious and lovingly served. Even if you love to cook, treat yourself to an evening where Nadage takes the reins. You’ll be so happy you did !

    Upon arriving in Provence following a long journey, our friends had arranged for Nadage to come and prepare a feast for us at a home we were renting with several other couples. Her menu was excellent from start to finish. Each course was better than the next. No need for us to think about where we might eat or to go to the market after our travel. And no clean up. She did it all. She even brought along her delightful mother to assist. We felt so pampered. Thank you, Nadage, for starting off our fabulous vacation perfectly. We would certainly use her services again the next time we visit. (We wish we could bring her home with us, too !)

    Qui ! Qui ! By all means take advantage of the extraordinary pleasure of having Nadege cook for you while in Maussane. Her culinary skills are without question and she tailored the meals for our group based on our preferences and desires and suggested much improved substitutes along the way. Her food is fresh and pleasing to the eye. She is a consummate professional, but at the same time, a real pleasure to welcome into your house. Her birthday happened to occur one evening while she was cooking for us and it was delightful to share the occasion with her a la "American style". Also, I cannot begin to describe how very nice it was to arrive "home" at the end of a long day of sightseeing, and know we had a delicious meal awaiting us without the bother of getting dressed for dinner and venturing out again. We could relax, enjoy each other’s company and know we had a special treat awaiting us. Don’t delay in adding this special and memorable treat to your trip to Maussane.

    When I tell friends about my trip to Provence, the activity they are most jealous of was that a local French chef cooked a wonderful, personal meal for us in our villa. The preparation ! The fresh and delicious courses ! The dishes and kitchen cleaned ! She did it all, and all we did was completely enjoy the experience and tastes. A meal prepared by Nadege is a perfect addition to your time in Provence, and I highly recommend inviting her into your home for a culinary experience you will never forget !

    Our group of 14 rented a beautiful villa in St. Remy de Provence and enjoyed three days of the wonderful landscapes, mountains and towns of the region. It was so great to get back to the villa and see our dinner being prepared by Nadege ! Each of the three meals she prepared for us was fantastic, beautifully prepared and plated and delicious. From appetizer to dessert, everything was outstanding. She handled our large group with ease. We recommend Nadege to anyone who wants a fabulous meal prepared in their own home.

    This is the second summer that Nadege has cooked for us in Provence. We just love what she does. Crisp, prompt and full of wonderful ideas for light, delicious local food. Nadege is a real professional, not only a delight to have around, her food and service is without equal. such a pleasure

    What a wonderful cook. We miss your food... especially my daughter .. the pesto sauce !!! yumm !! So glad we connected with her and can’t wait to go back to Provence and eat again !! I highly recommend her...

    Nadege was absolutely lovely, and her food was incredible ! We had a large group and six young children so no time for cooking. Nadege prepared hearty delicious Provincial meals for us every few days over the course of a two week trip, that had us all in heaven ! We loved having her in our home, she was an absolute delight and was kind enough to share a few tips with us as well ! If we are ever in the area again, we will use her again, without a doubt ! Thanks, Nadege !

    Nadege prepared and served a wonderful meal to our group of 10 at a villa in Eygaliers this past July. We began with gazpacho, and then the most delicious bouillibaise, full of shrimp, scallops,mussels, etc - fresh and perfectly prepared- accompanied by little toasts with red pepper coulis. Our dessert was a "red" tart. Everyone agreed that it was the best meal we had during our week in Provence. Nadege was very adaptible and willing to accomodate our patrticular food preferences.

    Nadage is simply amazing ! She prepared several meals for our group of 8 people last August. We could not have been more pleased with the selection of foods, as well as casual style but delicious and interesting menu selection !

    We rented a house in LeParadou for two weeks and scheduled 4 different chefs during our stay. Nadège was our favorite, who made us feel right at home upon our arrival when hired to provide dinner for 5 people. Her"provençal"cuisine was delicious, with fresh, farm to table ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed Nadège, who was easy going and fun to work with. She was flexible and helpful with local information as well. We hired Nadège for a second dinner, which was as superb as the first. Now that we have experienced several chefs during our stay, we would definitely ask for Nadège again. Merci encore mille fois.

    Nadege is amazing. She is a very nice person and a wonderful cook. She came to our rental house to cook dinner to our group of 5 people this past August. The food was great and the interaction with Nadege, before, during and after that evening was just perfect. We highly recommend Nadege and would definitely ask her to cook for us again.

    My family and I hold the sweetest memories of Provence with Madame Nadege visiting us to teach us how to prepare a Provencal pissaladiere, herb crusted lamb, and tiramisu. We all had our hands in the dough, enjoying the process of what came out to be a superb meal. Her professionalism in expertise, respectfulness in timeliness, her care to clean the kitchen after our preparation, and warmth in personality contributed to such a sweet gift and one of our favorite parts of our trip. Thank you Nadege for help to make this family memory such an special experience !

    Nadege came to our accommodation and cooked a magnificent Provençal meal for five of us in Les Baux in July 2018. She was effortless in her execution and was present when we had questions but otherwise discreet and professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nadege for anyone who wants a lovely traditional meal cooked for them with fresh ingredients and lovely stories about the courses.

    We are so lucky and honoured to have found Chef Nadége. Every part of the experience was exquisite and these will be evenings and meals to remember & cherish. Some of us had certain dietary requirements, Nadége skill-fully crefted awesome dishes that took our taste-buds to a higher octave. We cant wait to come back and experience the delight that is Nadége. We give her as many stars as we can.
